We can source a location for you
We have our own Events Site.
Our multi-acre site located in North Warwickshire provides you with the perfect location in the heart of the country. Our site is large enough to accommodate all your exciting activities and has all the necessary logistical requirements too, like parking and luxury glamping if that’s your thing! If not – don’t worry, our location has a range of hotel accommodation just on the doorstep.
We have been hosting events for over 20 years and our teams’ combined experience takes over 150 years of experience – with Deckerdence you are in safe hands.
Having Deckerdence at your own location our team will carry out a site visit ensuring all the logistics are taken care of. We haven’t yet found a site where we couldn’t find the perfect solution for our clients.
Our expert experienced team can work with you on all the arrangements ensuring you & your guests have the perfect day & night.
Your team can set the agenda for your event – or one of our expert event planners can work with you to create a full program of events and celebrations for you.
Looking after you and your guests:
We have the drinks covered! Serving drinks from our vintage double deck bus that is home to our traditional bar & our fabulous cocktail lounge on the upper deck.
Our mixologists will work with you to produce the perfect drinks menu. Options are endless! This year one of our new favourites has to be English Wines!
My personal favourite currently is the Pinot Noir from the Danbury Ridge Estate based in Essex. They do a great English Sparkling Wine too!
Whether you are looking for the perfect summer rose wine or
a bespoke designed cocktail menu Deckerdence vintage bus bar will have the perfect solution for you.
We can also add extra bar capacity to your event with one of our smaller trailer bars ‘The Tow Bar” or our vintage carnival-style bar.
For catering, we have worked with a range of award-winning caterers who can provide fun street food trucks through to 5-course silver service menus.
With flexible space inside our unique circular marquee, we can create a layout perfect for your occasion whatever activity and dining option you chose. Need breakout spaces? No problem!
We have a range of traditional and clear-span marquees for additional space. Great for extra chill out lounges.
