We also wanted to update you on our current stance regarding events and weddings we have booked this spring and summer. We are monitoring the current situation daily and will provide updates as information becomes available to us. Our communication and operations are based on current Government guidelines and advice around covid-19.
Weddings this Spring & Summer
All couples who’s weddings are affected during this time due to COVID-19 are able to move to any date they choose (providing we don’t have another booking on that date). This can be a peak date for 2021 at no extra cost.

All clients who have bookings with us are being offered the option to move to date in the future that suits them either later in 2020 or 2021 (dates that we don’t already have a booking for) or refunds above our standard terms and conditions will be offered- ensuring no person or company lose out.

Viewings of Deckerdence this Spring & Summer
Currently, we are unable to offer viewings in person. At this current time, we are unsure when we will be able to offer these again.
Clients who we have met at business events and wedding fairs who have seen our Deckerdence “mini-me model” we can offer the following:
• Pencil in a date for your booking at no cost.- this will be kept penciled in for you until you are able to come and visit Deckerdence in person and we can carry out a site visit of your chosen location, or you can visit our events site at Blyth Hall Farm
• If you haven’t seen us at an event, we can arrange for a video call where we can show you our Deckerdence mini-me model, so you can begin to visualise how your wedding or event could be. We would then offer to pencil in a date for you at no cost.
Currently, one of the wedding fairs we are planning on attending this year has been rescheduled from May to late August 2020. For WED FEST Herefordalong side our mini-me model we will be taking Deckerdence Bus Bar along too.
If guidelines allow this event to take place, we will be taking Deckerdence Bus Bar and will be setting up with the side awning. We hope this will give you a glimpse of our full marquee.
Unfortunately due to the timescales of this event means we are unable to set up the full wrap around marquee.

We understand this is a worrying time for everyone and we felt that it would be strange to try and continue as normal without addressing what is going on here at Commbus & Deckerdence.
The health and safety of our staff are extremely important to us, therefore we have made the decision for all of our staff to work remotely until both the UK Government and us, as a team feels it is safe to all work in one office again.
This is just a quick message to all of our past, present and future clients to let you know that we are still operating; Monday to Friday, 9 AM till 5:30 PM (as well as our normal out of hours) and we are working hard to keep things running as normal as possible.
